The Changing Dementia Landscape: Risk Reduction, Early Detection, and Treatment.

A ONE – DAY CONFERENCE: Designed to bring together health care professionals, including providers, clinical researchers, residential care facility and community agency administrators in the greater Los Angeles area who care for persons with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. This year’s conference will focus on the changes taking place in prevention, early recognition and diagnosis and new and emerging treatments. Presentations by clinicians and researchers with expertise and extensive experience in dementia will be complemented by first person experiences of individuals and their care

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Physicians, Physician Associates/Assistants, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, Care Managers, Gerontologists, RCFE and Nursing Home Administrators, Pharmacists, Dentists, Clergy, Physical and Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapist and other providers/health care professionals. 

CE and CME Hours will be available pending board approval.
